Methord of Coating Polyimide Film

Coating methord differs with pickling casting and two directions drawn according to its different production process. The two directions drawn process is the hardest one with best performance and high technical barriers.

Pickling : The earliest methord of film making. It is also called methord of aluminum foil, the earliest methord of film making ,which is characteristed by simple process, easy to operate. It disadvantages  :

It consumes much aluminum foil

It consumes much solvent.

It is hard to peel and much aluminite powder left on the surface, with unevenness of its surface.

Low efficiency and high cost.
